Company overview

A Florida limited liability company focused on recruiting coordination and HR support.

HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING LLC is a limited liability company based in St. Petersburg, Florida, providing human resources and recruiting coordination support services to employers and job seekers across the United States. We are not a staffing agency that places workers, and we are not an employer of record. Our work is the organized, documented coordination that keeps a hiring process moving — intake, scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping — performed under a written engagement with each client.

Our services include recruitment support, candidate coordination, employer staffing assistance, interview scheduling, application status communication, general human resources consulting, customer and candidate support, and employment-related educational information. Each engagement is documented so the scope of work is clear, and each client has a single, consistent coordinator as its point of contact.

We are deliberate about what our services are not. We do not make hiring decisions on behalf of any employer, and employers retain sole responsibility for compliance with applicable employment laws. We do not guarantee that any role will be filled, that any candidate will be selected, or any particular hiring outcome. We do not advertise jobs we cannot substantiate, and we do not charge candidates for the opportunity to be considered. Our human resources consulting is informational and operational, not legal advice; clients with legal questions should consult qualified counsel.

Correspondence regarding services, privacy, terms, or SMS consent may be directed to our authorized representative, Ricardo A. Davis, by email at info@humancapitalconsulting.cc , by phone at +1 (458) 339-4719 , or by mail at 5830 28th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712.

For employers

Staffing support that keeps your process consistent from the first role to the tenth.

We help document role requirements, organize applications, structure interview stages, and maintain accurate records of every candidate touchpoint. Hiring decisions and legal compliance remain entirely yours; the coordination work becomes ours.

Employer staffing assistance

For candidates

A straight answer about where your application stands.

If you are in a process we support, you can reach a person. We confirm what was received, explain the next step, coordinate interview times, and tell you when there is nothing new to report. We never promise an interview, an offer, or a salary.

Services in detail

Eight defined services, each described in full so there are no implied promises.

01

Recruitment support

Administrative and coordination support across the hiring process, from intake of role requirements to organizing candidate information.

We assist employers with the day-to-day administrative work of recruiting: documenting role requirements, organizing incoming applications, and maintaining orderly records of candidate communication.

Our role is support and coordination. We do not make hiring decisions on behalf of an employer, and we do not guarantee that any role will be filled or that any candidate will be selected.

02

Candidate coordination

A single, consistent point of contact so candidates know what has been received and what comes next.

We keep candidates informed about the steps in a process they have entered, confirm what documents have been received, and answer procedural questions in plain language.

Candidate coordination is communication work. It does not create an offer of employment and does not influence an employer’s independent evaluation of an application.

03

Employer staffing assistance

Practical help for employers organizing staffing needs, role documentation, and process structure.

We help employers describe openings clearly, structure a consistent review process, and keep documentation organized across multiple concurrent roles.

Assistance is provided as a consulting service under a written engagement. Employers remain solely responsible for hiring decisions and for compliance with applicable employment laws.

04

Interview scheduling

Coordinating availability, confirmations, reminders, and reschedules between employers and candidates.

We collect availability from both sides, confirm interview details in writing, send reminders where the participant has agreed to receive them, and handle reschedule requests.

Scheduling an interview is not an indication of outcome. Interviews may be canceled or changed by the employer at any time.

05

Application status communication

Clear, factual updates on where an application stands within a process.

We relay the status information an employer has authorized us to share — received, under review, scheduled, or closed — and we say plainly when no update is available.

We do not speculate about outcomes, timelines, or compensation, and we do not provide information an employer has not authorized us to release.

06

General human resources consulting

Consulting on process design, documentation practices, and internal communication for people operations.

Engagements typically cover process mapping, documentation templates, interview structure, onboarding checklists, and internal communication practices.

Our consulting is informational and operational in nature. It is not legal advice, and clients should consult qualified counsel for legal questions.

07

Customer and candidate support

Responsive help by phone and email for both employers and candidates during an active process.

Support covers questions about how a process works, what information is required, how to update contact details, and how to withdraw from consideration.

We respond to inquiries during business hours and confirm requests in writing whenever a change is made to a record.

08

Employment-related educational information

General, non-promissory educational material about applications, interviews, and workplace expectations.

Educational material covers subjects such as preparing a resume, understanding a job description, preparing for a structured interview, and following up appropriately.

Educational content is general information only. It is not career placement, not a guarantee of an interview or job, and not a substitute for professional or legal advice.

Operating procedures

How scheduling, status updates, and support actually work.

These procedures describe the day-to-day mechanics behind the services above. They are informational and do not guarantee any interview, offer, or outcome.

Interview scheduling procedures

We collect availability from both the employer and the candidate before proposing times, then confirm the agreed interview details — date, time, format, and participants — in writing.

Reminders are sent only to participants who have actively opted in to customer service and notification text messages. Providing a mobile number alone is not consent; an active checkbox selection is required.

Reschedule and cancellation requests are handled as they arise. Scheduling an interview is not an indication of outcome and does not guarantee an offer; employers may cancel or change an interview at any time.

Application-status communication procedures

Updates are sent through the contact method you provided and authorized — email, phone, or text message if you have opted in. We confirm what was received and explain the next step, or tell you when there is nothing new to report.

The statuses an employer may authorize us to share are received, under review, scheduled, and closed. When no update is available, we say so plainly rather than speculating about outcomes or timelines.

We share only the information an employer has authorized us to release. We do not speculate about compensation, offer details, or timelines the employer has not confirmed.

Customer service procedures

Support covers questions about how a process works, what information is required, how to update contact details, and how to withdraw from consideration. We respond to inquiries during business hours.

Whenever a change is made to a record — a withdrawal, a contact update, or a reschedule — we confirm the request in writing. You may reach us by phone at +1 (458) 339-4719 or by email at info@humancapitalconsulting.cc.

Support is communication and coordination only. It does not influence an employer’s independent evaluation of an application and does not create an offer of employment.

SMS communications

Text messages are optional, separate, and only sent with your consent.

When you opt in, HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING LLC may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent is not a condition of any product, service, or employment consideration.

Providing a mobile number alone is not consent. Each category of text messages requires an active, separate checkbox selection on our contact form.

Messages opted-in users may receive

  • Customer service responses to your inquiry
  • Interview reminders
  • Scheduling notices and reschedule confirmations
  • Application-status notifications
  • Recruiting announcements
  • Occasional marketing and promotional messages (separate opt-in)

Customer service and notification messages (including interview reminders, scheduling notices, and application-status notifications) require the Customer Service opt-in. Marketing and promotional messages (including recruiting announcements and company updates) require the separate Marketing and Promotional opt-in. Full terms are in our SMS Terms and Conditions, and how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

For employers

What services does HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING LLC offer to employers?
We offer recruitment support, candidate coordination, employer staffing assistance, interview scheduling, application status communication, general human resources consulting, customer and candidate support, and employment-related educational information. Each engagement is documented under a written agreement so the scope of work is clear.
Does HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING LLC make hiring decisions for employers?
No. Employers retain all hiring decisions and remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable employment laws. Our role is support and coordination — documenting role requirements, organizing applications, and maintaining orderly records of candidate communication.
Can you guarantee that a role will be filled or a candidate will be selected?
No. We do not guarantee that any role will be filled, that any candidate will be selected, or any particular hiring outcome. We do not advertise jobs we cannot substantiate.
How does an employer engage your services?
Engagements begin with a conversation about your staffing and coordination needs, followed by a written agreement that describes the scope of work. Contact us by phone, email, or the contact form to start that conversation.
Is your human resources consulting legal advice?
No. Our consulting is informational and operational in nature, covering subjects such as process mapping, documentation templates, interview structure, and internal communication practices. It is not legal advice, and clients should consult qualified counsel for legal questions.

For candidates

Will contacting you help me get a job?
We provide communication and coordination support within hiring processes we support. We help you understand where your application stands, coordinate interview times, and answer procedural questions. We do not guarantee employment, an interview, placement, or any compensation.
Can you tell me the status of my application?
If you are in a process we support, we relay the status information the employer has authorized us to share — received, under review, scheduled, or closed — and we say plainly when no update is available. We do not speculate about outcomes or timelines.
How do I withdraw from consideration?
Contact us by phone or email and let us know you wish to withdraw. We will confirm the request in writing and update the record we maintain for that process.
Do you charge candidates for your support?
Terms depend on the specific engagement and process. We will explain any applicable terms before you commit to anything, and you may ask questions before proceeding.

Recruiting coordination

What does recruiting coordination include?
Recruiting coordination covers the day-to-day administrative work of recruiting: documenting role requirements, organizing incoming applications, keeping candidate information orderly, and maintaining records of every candidate touchpoint.
Do you advertise job openings?
We do not advertise jobs we cannot substantiate. When we share recruiting announcements by text message, it is only with candidates who have separately opted in to receive marketing and promotional messages.
Who is my point of contact during a process?
You work with a single, consistent coordinator so that requests are not lost between people. The same point of contact confirms what was received, explains the next step, and handles reschedule requests.

Interview scheduling

How are interviews scheduled?
We collect availability from both the employer and the candidate, confirm interview details in writing, send reminders where the participant has agreed to receive them, and handle reschedule requests as they come up.
Will I receive interview reminders by text message?
Only if you have opted in to customer service and notification text messages. Interview reminders and scheduling notices are sent by text only to participants who have actively selected that opt-in. Providing a mobile number alone is not consent.
Can an interview be canceled or changed after it is scheduled?
Yes. Interviews may be canceled or changed by the employer at any time. Scheduling an interview is not an indication of outcome and does not guarantee an offer.

Application-status communications

How will I receive status updates?
Updates are sent through the contact method you provided and authorized — email, phone, or text message if you have opted in. We confirm what was received and explain the next step, or tell you when there is nothing new to report.
What statuses might I hear?
The statuses an employer may authorize us to share are received, under review, scheduled, and closed. If no update is available, we say so plainly rather than guessing.
Do you provide information about compensation or offer details?
We share only the information an employer has authorized us to release. We do not speculate about compensation, offer details, or timelines the employer has not confirmed.

SMS consent

What text messages might I receive if I opt in?
Opted-in users may receive customer service responses, interview reminders, scheduling notices, application-status notifications, recruiting announcements, and occasional marketing messages. Marketing and promotional messages require a separate opt-in.
Are the two SMS opt-ins separate?
Yes. The Customer Service and Notification opt-in and the Marketing and Promotional opt-in are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. You may choose either one, both, or neither, and you may submit the contact form without selecting either.
Is providing my mobile number alone considered consent?
No. Providing a mobile number alone is not consent. Active checkbox selection is required for each category of text messages you want to receive.
Is SMS consent a condition of service or employment?
No. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service and is not a condition of being considered for employment.
Where can I read the full SMS program terms?
The full program terms, including message categories, frequency, rates, and opt-out instructions, are on our SMS Terms and Conditions page. You can also review our Privacy Policy for how mobile information and SMS consent are handled.

STOP and HELP

How do I stop receiving text messages (STOP)?
Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message, and you will not receive further messages after that. You may also opt out by emailing us or calling us at the number listed on this site.
How do I get help with text messages (HELP)?
Reply HELP to any message you receive from us for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
What happens to my other communications if I text STOP?
Replying STOP opts you out of text messages. You may still receive communications by email or phone unless you separately request to stop those as well. Contact us by email or phone to update your communication preferences.

Data privacy

Will you sell or share my mobile number or SMS consent?
No. Mobile information, SMS consent, and opt-in data will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Where is your privacy policy?
Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how SMS consent is recorded. It includes the effective date and last-updated date at the top of the page.
What information does the contact form collect?
The contact form collects your name, email, mobile phone number (optional), which audience you belong to, a subject, your message, and your SMS consent selections. When you consent to text messages, we record the date and time, the mobile number, the disclosure text shown at the time of consent, and which checkbox you selected.
How do I contact you about privacy or my data?
You may reach us by email at info@humancapitalconsulting.cc, by phone at +1 (458) 339-4719, or by mail at 5830 28th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. Correspondence regarding privacy, terms, or SMS consent may be sent to any of these.

Privacy and data handling

What we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.

The contact form collects your name, email, mobile phone number (optional), which audience you belong to, a subject, your message, and your SMS consent selections. When you consent to text messages, we record the date and time, the mobile number, the disclosure text shown at the time of consent, and which checkbox you selected.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, coordinate scheduling, relay authorized status updates, and provide the support services described on this site. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile information, SMS consent, or opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us by email or phone. Replying STOP opts you out of text messages only; you may still receive communications by email or phone unless you separately request to stop those as well.

Our full Privacy Policy and SMS Terms and Conditions describe these practices in full, including effective and last-updated dates.
