Information from employers

When we support an employer’s hiring process, that employer may provide us with information about candidates, including application materials and the status of an application. We handle that information under our agreement with the employer.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and our services are not directed to children.

• With employers. Candidate information is shared with the employer whose process you have entered, for the purpose of that process.
• With service providers. Vendors that host our website, store our records, deliver email, or transmit text messages on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations and only as needed to perform their function.
• For legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
• In a business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Form and SMS consent records

When you submit our contact form, we record the date and time of submission, the mobile number you provided (if any), the exact disclosure text presented for each SMS opt-in, which checkbox you selected, the URL of the form you submitted, and your IP address where legally permitted. Entering a phone number alone is not treated as consent to receive text messages; consent is recorded only when you actively check the applicable unchecked box. The two SMS opt-ins on our contact form are separate and independent: one for customer service and notification texts, and one for marketing and promotional texts. You may submit the form without selecting either.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
