SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program name

The text message program described in these terms is the HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING, LLC SMS Program. Messages are sent by HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING, LLC to mobile numbers where the user has expressly opted in as described below.

2. Message categories

Depending on which opt-in you select, messages may include:

• Customer support responses to your inquiry;
• Interview reminders and scheduling notices;
• Application status updates authorized by an employer;
• Recruiting announcements;
• Marketing promotions, service promotions, and company updates.

You receive only the categories of messages for which you have separately opted in. The customer service and notification opt-in and the marketing and promotional opt-in are separate and independent; selecting one does not enroll you in the other.

3. Opt-In and Consent

Users who select the Marketing and Promotional Text Messages checkbox expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING, LLC, including recruiting announcements, hiring-event announcements, promotional offers, service promotions, and company updates.

You will receive one confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you expressly opt in again. Do not send unlawful, threatening, harassing, or fraudulent content through this channel, and do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account details, or medical information by text message.

11. No guarantee of outcomes

Text messages from HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING, LLC, including interview confirmations, reminders, and status updates, are informational only. They do not constitute an offer of employment and do not guarantee an interview, placement, hiring result, or any level of compensation.

12. Changes to these SMS Terms

HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING, LLC may modify these SMS Terms at any time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
